Terms & Conditions

Invoices for work carried out by Ceremoniously will be raised and sent once the work has been completed, unless the work has been arranged and is to be paid through a third party such as a Funeral Director.

Payment can be made by cheque or online using the following sortcode and account number:

Cancellation charges:

Ceremonies designed and to be conducted by Ceremoniously

Naming and Memorial Ceremonies designed by  Ceremoniously will incur full payment if cancelled less than a week before the date of the Ceremony.

Funerals will incur full payment if cancelled less than 3 days before the date of the Funeral.

Ceremony planning:

If you decide to cancel the work after our first meeting you will be liable for 25% of the full cost

If you decide to cancel the work after the first draft of a ceremony has been sent to you – 50% of the full cost will be charged. 

Writing for Ceremonies:

If you cancel the work after our initial discussion there is no cancellation fee.

If you decide to cancel the work after receiving the first draft 50% of the agreed cost will be payable.

Refunds:

If you are not happy with the work Ceremoniously has carried out for you a refund can be made within one month and after discussion to agree a fair amount.
